PeopleValue's in-house customer service team’s goal is to delight our customers. Access to the team is direct and not through a call handling system, all team members are trained to listen to our customers' needs and will be helpful and take the extra step when dealing with queries. This means when you choose PeopleValue as your partner, your programme participants will receive the highest level of care and attention.

We operate a full customer support desk 8.30am – 5.30pm five days a week.
